ANTIQUE PORTABLE FOOT POWER TIRE PUMP

up for sale is a antique tire pump that i was told that was for bicycles but I don't know. it blows air not sure how much but when you push the lever down air comes out where it should nowhere else. it will need a new hose cause the old one is dry rotted. pump is rusty in spots and paint is missing and there is a little bend in the bottom. i got a pictures of all that stuff please look at the pictures.
