Description
As you can see here are a lot of rare antique bicycle lamps I have for sale. There are more offered here than are found in most major antique vintage classic veteran bicycle auctions and jumbles.UPGRADE YOUR ANTIQUE BICYCLE!!
I also have A LOT OF CARBIDE TOC LAMPS not listed so tell me what you are looking for.
The earliest lamp shown in these photos is a J E SALSBURY that has the curios vertical rod affixed to it. It's nameplate reads J E SALSBURY 125 LONGACRE LONDON and is circa 1876 and is shown in the 1877 SALSBURY catalog. (This lamp is the last one in the row on the right of the photo showing the five lamps with the Early Cycle Lighting book in the background).
I thought I would start listing these for you to see as I start to sell off my collection of lamps, cyclometers, bells and antique bicycles of which some are shown now on ebay and more that are not shown yet and still being brought out of my storage.. As I get items out of storage, I will sell them but there still is a lot more to deal with over time than you see here on ebay so if you don't see it, or have been looking for something, let me know as I may have it.
Rather than list all of these lamps separately, I am going to go down the line via these posted photos and sell them one by one. They are listed locally for sale also so some lamps may become sold and shown as sold on the list below.
NOTE: THIS AUCTION IS FOR "ONLY ONE LAMP FROM THE PHOTOS" SO TELL ME WHICH ONE INTERESTS YOU.

Bicycle lamps exactly like these are not offered at the upcoming 29th Annual Copake Antique Bicycle Auction 2020 in New York. My Buy-It-Now priced bicycles are shown at the ACTUAL SELLING PRICE that you can buy it right now for and you don't have to bid against anyone else unlike this year at COPAKE AUCTION THAT WILL BE TOTALLY ONLINE due to the recent health concerns. I CAN and WILL answer in-depth detailed questions about my bicycles with experience from my years of collecting antique bicycles and being a Wheelmen member for decades so YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUYING as I AM THE SELLER and NOT A THIRD PARTY armed with only the information the consignee(seller) has furnished for what is posted in an auction description. For YOU AS A BUYER, WHY PAY FOR INFLATED BUYER'S PREMIUMS ON TOP OF YOUR BID PRICE SUBMISSION for someone to sell you a bicycle? Remember THE SELLER ALSO HAS TO PAY THE AUCTION HOUSE for selling their bicycle at auction. Obviously all bicycles, etc sold at auction, in consideration of health safety, will have to be shipped during these times and I DON'T CHARGE YOU FOR THE BREAK DOWN OF THE BICYCLE or EVEN FURTHER BREAK DOWN if required by buyer to ship it cheaper via it being in a smaller box AND I DON'T CHARGE YOU FOR BICYCLE BOXING AND I USE ACTUAL CARDBOARD BICYCLE BOXES. If a wooden crate has to be built, I can do this and I only additionally charge for my actual costs of the plywood and screws to build it and there is NO LABOR OR HANDLING CHARGE FROM ME. I have shipped many antique bicycles world wide for years placing them carefully in actual cardboard bicycle boxes. padding them and know how to pack them. You won't get a box with the handle bars sticking out of a hole in the box or loss of loose irreplaceable parts that have fallen out during shipment as I pack and affix everything together within the box so it is in one mass of packaging. I can also get insurance coverage from my shipper but this will have to be an additional charge to my buyer. I have a 100% track record for getting the best shipping rate and packing correctly and can furnish references from my buyers over the years concerning this.
I ship world wide.
LOCAL PICK UP IS FINE.
